Lutheran Health adds new medical provider
Lutheran Health Physicians Kosciusko Medical Group has exciting news to share. Jacqueline (Jaci) Anders, a certified family nurse practitioner, is joining Dr. John Kratzer at the Lutheran Health Physicians family medicine office in Syracuse.
Jaci may be a familiar face to many, as she has been caring for patients in Kosciusko County for a number of years.

Jacqueline (Jaci) Anders, FNP-C, provides patient-centered care for men, women and children of all ages. Services range from physicals and routine medical treatment to care for sudden illnesses and chronic diseases.
